Three Phases of Service
Seasons Hospitality Group specializes in hospitality development. You bring brick and mortar; we bring the place people want an invitation to.
Depending on where you are in your project, SHG's ultimate engagement will vary, but our first phase with you will always involve getting to know you and you getting to know us, our knowledge and experience. Our first meetings typically result in our being retained to move forward.
PHASE ONE
We meet and discuss your project, where you are, where you want to go and what the next step is. We provide a fully confidential audience to the goals and intentions of your project and then explore what is needed to reach them.
Pragmatism vs Idealism
The PHASE ONE meeting will be pragmatic. Your idealistic meetings happened when you decided to give your idea life. We are here to ensure your idea finds it's way to fruition. If the checks mark all the boxes, we will propose a plan to make it happen. You then agree to engage, and we are off and running. Its that simple while still being systematic.

PHASE TWO the hospitality and entertainment to your business project to support your efforts to bring the clients will be drawn
Carefully applying the chosen course to the project underway, SHG will begin recruiting to the area but more than that, spend their money enjoying it. Once the tenants are in place, SHG will remain on board to manage the hospitality partners to ensure long term relationships, but also pivoting to maintain growth, as trends and clientele change.

PHASE THREE
One of the today's biggest challenges is connecting with the modern market without missing the mark on the ever moving and changing target. SHG calls this target, "The Vibe".
Whether introducing a coffee shop instead of a fast-food drive through or a charging station instead of a gas station, connecting to the community vibe is vital in executing a successful hospitality plan. This type of development requires a strong connection to all the layers of the community you are introducing yourself in, and Seasons Hospitality Group brings the experience to make these connections.
